Barcelona hat-trick hero Luis Suarez named All Football Player of the Week

Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has been named All Football Player of the Week.

Luis Suarez highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah & Co to the award.

Suarez was absolutely the talisman in Camp Nou last week as he scored three goals and laid on one assist in two big matches: Champions League clash against Inter and El Clasico against Real Madrid.

The Uruguay star had a nice set up for Rafinha who scored the opener against his former side as Barca beat Inter with a 2-0 win.

Three days later, on the same ground,  the 31-year-old took over the Clasico with a stunning hat-trick to help Barcelona demolish their biggest rivals with a 5-1 thrashing, after which Ernesto Valverde's side kept unbeaten in October.

No Messi, no problem! Suarez is without doubt one of the best No.9s in the business, as well as our Player of the Week for last week.
