Welcome to All Football's Preview of the Weekend. As Europe's top leagues enter their pivotal stages, you should miss not even one game! Below are the best matches the world of football would bring to you.
Chelsea vs Manchester United
Kick off: 13:30
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Chelsea facts:
Antonio Rüdiger withdrew from Germany's squad during the international break and is a doubt for Chelsea on Saturday.
Ethan Ampadu suffered a knee injury in Wales' 4-1 defeat to Spain last week and is not expected to be fit enough to make Chelsea's matchday squad against Manchester United.
Chelsea have a fairly settled starting XI at the moment and Maurizio Sarri is not expected to tinker with it. The only major doubt is Rudiger's place in the team, fitness permitting.
Man Utd facts:
Jose Mourinho has a number of injury concerns ahead of Saturday's trip to Stamford Bridge, particularly in midfield. Scott McTominay, Marouane Fellaini, Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic are all doubts for Manchester United.
Luke Shaw was forced to pull out of Gareth Southgate's England squad but there is hope he will be fit to start against Chelsea. Marcos Rojo and Jesse Lingard are expected to miss out once again for the away side, while Alexis Sanchez is a fitness doubt after returning late from international duty with Chile.
Juan Mata helped inspire United's comeback against Newcastle before the international break and will hope to feature against his former club, while Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford will also push for places in attack.
Focus:
Chelsea will move clear of Manchester City and Liverpool as outright Premier League leaders by avoiding defeat on Saturday, albeit that may only be the case for a number of hours.
Manchester United are seven points back and cannot really afford to lose any more ground on their top four rivals. Jose Mourinho returns to Stamford Bridge under huge pressure.
United have not won a Premier League match at Stamford Bridge since 2012 and it's unlikely to change here, particuarly given their injury woes in midfield.
Mourinho's side did well to battle from 2-0 down at home to Newcastle to win 3-2 before the international break. Will that prove the turning point in their season or did it just paper over the cracks?
Prediction:
Chelsea 2-0 Manchester United
Barcelona vs Sevilla
Kick off: 20:45
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Barcelona facts:
Samuel Umtiti and Thomas Vermaelen are both out injured, leaving just Gerard Pique and Clement Lenglet fit as centre-back options.
Sergi Roberto is back fit and should replace Nelson Semedo at right-back.
Arthur should feature in midfield once again, with Luis Suarez fit to lead the line.
Sevilla facts:
Sergio Escudero and Gabriel Mercado are back fit and available after suffering arm injuries.
Guilherme Arana is expected to be preferred at left wing-back to Aleix Vidal.
Franco Vazquez is expected to feature in central midfield alongside Ever Banega.
Focus:
Barcelona have been going through a tough run of form, winning just one of their last five competitive games across all competitions.
In La Liga action, Ernesto Valverde's side have drawn three and lost one of their last four matches. Getting back to winning ways at Camp Nou is of paramount importance.
Sevilla have won four of their last five competitive games, which has led Pablo Machin's side into the ninth match day in first place.
Prediction:
Barcelona 2-1 Sevilla
Inter vs AC Milan
Kick off: 20:30
Date: Sun, 21-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Inter have won four games in a row, and obtained six points in the first two Champions League matches. This puts them in a very good position in both competitions and will surely give their fans hope for an even better season than the previous one.
After Juventus, Milan are the side that have lost the fewest league games, and with one match in hand, they could leap back into the race for a Champions League finish.
As with the Rome derby, this type of games does not necessarily reward the team with the best form. But Inter do seem to have that little bit extra over Milan, both in terms their squad and tactical plan.
The Rossoneri are a perennial threat, mostly due to the presence of Gonzalo Higuaín, but their rivals should be slight favourites to win the battle for the City of Milano.
Prediction
Inter 2-1 AC Milan
Arsenal vs Leicester
Kick off: 21:00
Date: Mon, 22-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Arsenal have won nine games in a row in all competitions. It's difficult to guage how good Unai Emery's side are playing, as they haven't been tested against high level opposition during that time.
Leicester have won three of their last four in all competitions but Claude Puel's job is reportedly uncertain.
Leicester beat Arsenal the last time the two sides faced off, ending a 13-game winless streak against the Gunners.
However, the Foxes have lost their last seven matches away to Arsenal. You have to go back to 1973 to find the last time Leicester won away to Arsenal.
Prediction
Arsenal 3-2 Leicester
Juventus vs Genoa
Kick off: 18:00
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Some bookmakers have started offering a market for Juventus to win all of their Serie A games in this season. They are currently 8/8 and have shown no sign of slowing so far.
Genoa incredibly sacked the coach that saw them pick up 12 points from seven games and saw Krzysztof Piatek climb to the top of the scorers' chart, and this might not aid morale.
The only team to have won every game meets the only player to have scored in every game. Of course both things can still happen here, but Massimiliano Allegri will try to win without conceding.
Prediction
Juventus 2-0 Genoa
Huddersfield vs Liverpool
Kick off: 18:30
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Huddersfield are still looking for their first win of the season but did at least get a point last time out.
Liverpool are winless in four games in all competitions and the international break came at the right time for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Klopp and Huddersfield manager David Wagner are close friends but that will go out the window on Saturday as both desperately need a win.
Huddersfield haven't scored against Liverpool in their previous two Premier League matches and there is no suggestion that will change here.
Prediction
Huddersfield 0-2 Liverpool
Manchester City vs Burnley
Kick off: 16:00
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Manchester City start the weekend top of the league on goal difference but they could be second by the time their match starts, with Chelsea hosting Manchester United in Saturday's early kick-off. Pep Guardiola's side are unbeaten in the Premier League this season and have kept four clean sheets in a row.
After a terrible start to the season, Burnley are unbeaten in their last three Premier League matches and are now five points clear of the bottom three. The Clarets haven't won away to City since 1963 and it's unlikely they will record a historic win on Saturday.
Prediction
Manchester City 2-0 Burnley
Real Madrid vs Levante
Kick off: 13:00
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Real Madrid are winless and goalless in their last four outings, losing three of their last four competitive games.
Julen Lopetegui's side haven't suffered a goalless run like this for decades, with the pressure ramping up on their new boss to turn things around quickly.
Levante have won their last two games against Getafe and Alaves, turning some poor form around in gritty fashion.
Prediction
Real Madrid 2-1 Levante
West Ham vs Tottenham
Kick off: 16:00
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
West Ham's three-match unbeaten run came to an end at Brighton before the international break and they'll hope to get back on track with the welcome of rivals Tottenham. The Hammers have won three of their last five league welcomes of Spurs, but lost this fixture last season.
Tottenham, meanwhile, have won eight of their last 10 Premier League matches, losing only to Watford and Liverpool in that run. They currently sit two points off top spot and will look to extend their three-match winning run and do what Chelsea and Manchester United couldn't do and come away with all three points.
West Ham have looked much-improved in recent weeks, yet Spurs have the means to win here.
Prediction
West Ham 1-2 Tottenham
PSG vs Amiens
Kick off: 17:00
Date: Sat, 20-Oct-18
Probable Lineups
Focus:
Amiens impressed in a win over Dijon before the international break, but to think they are capable of anything other than a loss here would be foolhardy.
PSG showed that they could be got at by Lyon, but Amiens lack the sort of dynamism in midfield that would allow the Picardy side to play the leaders in such a manner.
Prediction
PSG 3-1 Amiens
