This is why Mourinho just cannot nurture young talents..I mean a young guy with a lot of potentials would love to have a father figure as a coach.. A father figure that would discipline him in the house and sing his praises in the public..This is where Mourinho keeps getting it wrong and trust me, he is on his way out of United.. If Fergie was as hard as Mourinho, I doubt if there would have been a Scholes, Andy Cole, York, Beckam and the rest..

The German FA bosses and so-called legends are very biased and racist (I can confirm now). Yes, I also feel Oezil, for about a year now has underperformed for both club and country. But why is it all about Oezil when Muller's performance has been even worse? Is it because he's a full German? Many other German players haven't been up the scratch as well. They won't condemn the coach for leaving out better players like Sane, and getting his tactics wrong, but they resort to scapegoating to conceal their collective failures.

Dembele is a great player, and I know he can do a lot for Barca just like he did VS Chelsea in the champions league. With that being said he has to fight for his spot, no one is going to give him the position cuz he’s good he has to deserve it. If he puts the work in it I know dembele is going to impress!
