Why do many talented young players fail to achieve the desired accomplishments?

Talented young players appear every year and many of them are expected to become world class stars in the future. But as several years past, we have witnessed them turn into ordinary ones. Why do many talented young players fail to achieve the desired accomplishments?

Definitely ozil. Because he took Retirement because of racism and disrespect. If he took retirement at the age of 37 or more than that i would be happy.

But he made to took Retirement because he is turkish root, it's fell so pitty for me.

When Germany won 2014 wc he was Germany root but When whole team perform bad then ozil is turkey citizens.

He took retirement at only 29, so it fells pitty.

Iniesta leaving the Spanish Side is a huge blow. He understands and brings rhythm to a team's game. Quality is what he produces on the pitch all the time..
