Experts of last daily topic: Why some on-loan footballers have better performances than in their original team?

@Africa7504509: i think that as a player on-loan you should be motivated by two clubs. First the club that has taken you on- loan and that shows there believe in what you have to offer. Secondly the parent club to whom you need to show that you deserve a playing role since there will be putting an eye on you to see how you perform. When a player put in his mind that going out on loan is an opportunity to show his talent, he will perform. But if he sees it as "ohh am not good enough" then he will always lack motivation and will be on a decline.

@ShahnawazZahid: We do not have to look further than Chelsea

The case of Mitchy Batshuayi who was on fire for Dortmund before the injury. Had he been given the proper chance he would ripped defences of premiere league apart too.

and let's not forget that it was his goal that sealed Chelsea's tittle last year.

Chelsea really need to learn the lesson from Batshuayi, Salah, De Bruyne etc.

@niucku: Well I feel it can be attributed to three reasons

1: Most times, some players can't handle the pressure that comes with playing for a big club, hence, they tend to thrive when being shipped out to lesser clubs to gain some confidence. Some players actually, finally, learn to manage the little pressure in the so-called lesser clubs and finally make impact when they return. Some still don't.

2: some players actually need. Game time to really get into grasp with their talent. In modern football, patience has become a thing of the past. So, clubs buy big, send the up coming stars or non performing stars on loan to garner experience. So after some time of first team denial, some players go out and perform and draw attention from the parent clubs. Take chelsea for example, Christensen, lukaku (that's before he was inevitably sold to Everton). The list is endless.

3: finally, players are humans. And humans tend to react to their environment. Coaches actually make or Mar players. So, most times, a player who is under appreciated in his club is shipped out on loan only to be appreciated by the other coach. He takes him, natures him and refines him into a wonderful player. Confidence and trust is important to the performance of a player

The reasons why players perform away from their parent clubs on loan can't be over emphasized.

@TonyV25: It is because the players who are loan out get more game time than their current team

For example look at Andres Pereira who is doing so well at Valencia and even before the previous season at Getafe

At United he would have not performed the same as he would not have got that amount of game time as he gets at Valencia and Granada and even James Rodriguez at Bayern

Other reason is the lack of confidence from the manager which also results in poor performance of a player and when they move to another club it's all different as the new manager believes in his abilities and this boost their confidence

Player like Batshuayi is a good example
