Esmee Brugts proved the star of the Netherlands' 7-0 win over Vietnam at the Women's World Cup, with the forward scoring a pair of identical goals from range in Dunedin.
Lieke Martens and Katja Snoeijs had put the Dutch side 2-0 up in the opening 11 minutes of the Group E clash at the Forsyth Barr Stadium in New Zealand.
Brugts extended the advantage in spectacular fashion in the 18th minute, with the forward curling a shot at goal from outside the box.
The 20-year-old's effort bent beyond the dive of Vietnam goalkeeper Thi Kim Thanh Tran to nestle in the top corner.
Brugts appeared emotional after scoring her first goal at the Women's World Cup, with the forward placing her hands on her head in celebration.
She repeated the trick in the second half with a second goal of the tournament contender.
Brugts latched onto a loose ball outside the Vietnam box and curled a near identical shot into the top corner.
Her brace gave the Netherlands a 6-0 lead over the tournament debutants, with Jill Roord and Danielle van de Donk having also scored in the first half.
Roord also finished the match with two goals, as her 83rd minute effort saw the Dutch seal a 7-0 win.
The result saw Andries Jonker's side advance as group winners, finishing ahead of the United States.
The 2019 runners-up will travel to Sydney for their last 16 tie on Sunday and are likely to face Italy, who sit in second place behind Sweden in Group G.
Reigning champions United States had been expected to top the group, but finished second following their 0-0 draw against Portugal.
The holders will move on to the last 16 in Melbourne, where they are expected to face Sweden.
