Here are our Chelsea player ratings after their 1-0 victory at Aston Villa in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon
Chelsea have made it through to their seventh Women's FA Cup final to join Manchester United at Wembley next month in a 1-0 win against Aston Villa.
It was a scrappy game which didn't see Chelsea at their best and arguably they have been lucky in their win as Villa failed to take their chances.
Sam Kerr proved the difference once again for the Blues with her 23rd goal in 24 appearances.
Here are the player ratings for Emma Hayes' side from the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
Zecira Musovic
Positioning was good to deal with some early balls over the top from Villa. Made a super stop to deny Lucy Staniforth on the stroke of half time. 8
Jess Carter
Did well 1v1 against the pacy Alisha Lehmann. A solid defensive shift from the England international. 7
Melanie Leupolz
If she was hampered by the rather restrictive protective mask she was wearing, it didn't show. Some silky passes before her substitution just after the hour mark. 7
Lauren James
Showed a few flashes of brilliance in the first half and forged a few half chances but unable to really get a foothold in the game. Subbed. 6
Guro Reiten
Chelsea's brightest attacking outlet early on and set up Sam Kerr with a beautiful dinked cross for the opener. Subbed. 8
Eve Perisset
Should have done better with the effort she blazed over the bar before the break but constantly looked to get forward. 6
Magda Eriksson
Directed an early header goalwards and made a superb sliding challenge to thwart Alisha Lehmann. Her impeccably timed block on Rachel Daly denied Villa a certain goal on the brink of half-time. 8
Maren Mjelde
A composed display from the experienced defender. Picked some nice forward passes too. 7
Sam Kerr
Stabbed her first real effort towards goal midway through the first half but didn't get too many sightings of goal before the break. As she so often is, the difference maker, nodding home to open the scoring on the hour mark. 7
Erin Cuthbert
A threat going forwards and not afraid to get stuck in defensively. Subbed. 7
Jelena Cankovic
Played an incisive pass through to Kerr in the first half. Hit the post in the second and some lovely footwork in the build up to the opener. Grew into the game and picked up some really nice positions. 7
Substitutes:
Niamh Charles
Injected plenty of energy after her introduction and nearly picked out Kerr with a dangerous cross into the box. 7
Sophie Ingle
Made some important defensive interceptions as the game started to open up. 6
Jessie Fleming
Helped the team to soak up Villa pressure. 6
Johanna Rytting Kaneryd
Minutes only to impress. N/A
Emma Hayes' side now face Barcelona in the semi-final of the Champions League and battle to overtake United to go top of the WSL table.
