The BBC's live coverage of Chelsea's top-of-the-table clash with Manchester United consisted of zero presentation amid the fallout from Gary Lineker's suspension.
The highly-anticipated Women's Super League game is being broadcast live on BBC Two without any presenters or pundits.
This is because several presenters and pundits have pulled out of BBC sports programmes in solidarity with Lineker after he was suspended earlier this week.
The Match of the Day host has been forced to 'step back' from presenting the Saturday night show after breaching the BBC's 'social media guidelines'.
Lineker likened the language used by the Conservative party in its latest migrant policy, aimed at stopping boats crossing the channel, to something out of Germany in the 1930s.
As a result, Ian Wright and Alan Shearer pulled out of their punditry duties in solidarity with their colleague while Alex Scott refused to host Football Focus on Saturday morning.
Scott is one of the main presenters for women's football on the BBC but has made her stance clear while Kelly Somers, another frequent host of Women's Super League matches, also tweeted that she would not be appearing on the BBC this weekend.
Eilidh Barbour, another BBC presenter, has liked tweets from colleagues who have pulled out from working on the broadcaster's sports programmes.
Therefore, the BBC was forced to alter their live coverage of this afternoon's Women's Super League game between United and Chelsea.
The BBC's coverage started at 12.25pm - just five minutes before the game was due to start at 12.30pm.
