Messix! Quadruple hero Messi wins AF Player of the Week for 6th time this season

Barca ace Lionel Messi has been named All Football Player of the Week for the sixth time this season with a wonderful quadruple.

Messi highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Martial, Haaland, Nkunku and Jota to the award.

The Barcelona captain has won his sixth Ballon d'Or award in his football career, then he got a nickname 'Messix'. And this time, he is voted to get his sixth All Football POTW award.

The Argentine legend just played one game last week, but it was enough to impress everyone.

Messi scored the first four goals for the Catalans, ending his goal drought and finally seal the huge win to help Barca surpass Real Madrid as the leaders of La Liga.

With these four goals, Messi has now scored or assisted 1000+ goals for Barcelona and Argentina, and this is the 7th time that 'Messix' scored 4+ goals in a game. 

Besides, he is now just 17 career goals off surpassing Pele's record. Meanwhile, Messi is only 32 years old, he is young enough to fight for more in the football world.
