Argentina striker Sergio Aguero has been named All Football Player of the Week.
Aguero highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Sanchez, Firmino, Pulisic and Germany youngster Waldschmidt to the award.
A late Aguero goal sealed Argentina's 2-0 win against Qatar, confirming their place in the quarter-finals of the Copa America. The Manchester City star gave his best friend Messi the best birthday present.
With this goal, Aguero has now scored 40 goals for Argentina, only two other Argentina players (Messi-68 goals & Batistuta-54 goals) have scored more than him.
He is definitely a man who can carry the team with Messi.
