Klopp carries that team to challenge the military might of Pep Guardiola's Man City and missed out on the title by just millimeters.  Goes on to the UCL finals loses and then comes back to win it in a dramatic fashion. Qualifying from the group of death. Beating a giant team like Bayern, defies all the odds and beats Messi's Barcelona and two of their main players were injured. Wins the UCL.   Klopp knows how to bring the best out of average players, he knows how to make them fight for him. Guardiola just banks on the superior talent he has and hasn't been able to win UCL without Messi, Xavier and Iniesta, hasn't even been able to reach the finals but Klopp reached the finals with a team like Dortmund and Liverpool twice and managed to win it once. Klopp is the best no doubt

everybody is hailing Klopp. if he was that good he would have topped the league besides he was leading with 7 points by December Guardiola remains the best if it was Klopp who took treble and Guardiola champions league you would still say with all the money he cannot take all. You can hail him as if he is a Southampton coach Liverpool is bigger than city so winning champions league with Liverpool is an achievement but not something they have never done .why all the other coaches of city could not win treble with all the money that was given to them Mancini never crossed group stage with city in the champions league so haters you can say all you like Guardiola has no competitor

If the Barcelona board has money to go for a top player in this transfer window, that player should be Mbappe, not Neymar. The truth of the matter is Luis Suarez won't get any better next season not even after going under the knife, heavily relying on Messi for goals from deep down the midfield will still bring a lot of heartbreaks next season. There's a need for a striker upfront to fire in goals, run defenses rugged and compliment the great efforts of Messi. Anything less is behaving like the Argentina national team which heaps a lot more responsibilities on Messi to score in every match without complimenting his efforts with suitable players to share responsibilities.

Van Dijk deserves it, he’s been phenomenal but then Messi has been out of this world like he always is. Problem is, Barcelona did choke UCL (against Liverpool) and Copa Del Rey final. Depends how people look at the Ballon d’Or, is it personal achievements or trophies included, Sneijder lost out after his treble-winning season so, it’s tough! and Sneijder got to a WC final too that year.
