Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah named All Football Player of the Week

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has been named All Football Player of the Week.

Salah highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating wonderkid Felix, Lucas, De Bruyne & Pepe to the award.

You can never imagine how a born striker would score a goal - Just like what Salah did last Sunday.

After Mane's opener, Salah beat goalkeeper Kepa from 25 yards with a left-footed shot that sealed the Reds' 2-0 victory over Hazard's Chelsea at Anfield. 

Salah's thunderous strike was his 19th Premier League goal of the 2018-19 campaign, taking him to level with Man City's Aguero in the race for the Golden Boot.

The 26-year-old has faced plenty of criticism since the turn of the year, having suffered an uncharacteristic goal drought, but his latest effort was a stark reminder of his unique quality.

It was his second goal in as many league games for the Egyptian, after he broke his 8-game goal drought against Southampton. 

With just four league games remaining, all Liverpool fans will be hoping that the Egyptian King's good form continues.
