Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo wins All Football Player of the Week

Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been named All Football Player of the Week!

Ronaldo highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Di Maria, Piatek, Coman & Vertonghen to the award.

The 34-year-old has made a habit of breaking records in his career, and the Portuguese maestro was at it once again, this time for Juventus. 

With a goal and an assist in Juventus' 3-0 win over Frosinone last week, Ronaldo has now managed to score and assist a goal in each of his last three matches in a league for the second time in his career. Having done so already for Real Madrid in 2014, the superstar has now done the same for his club side Juventus as well.

Also, his 19th league goal helped him rewrite Juve's history as he went level with a record that John Charles set in 1958. It means that he's only the second player to score 19 goals in his first 24 Serie A appearances for Juventus.

Juventus will now turn their attention to the Champions League where they are scheduled to face Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, what kind of performance will super Ronaldo put on?
