Sometimes football players have to play in an unusual position for them, due to special circumstances like red cards, injuries and so on. 

What are some good examples of players performing well when not in their usual position?

1.Mess...I hate him definitely.Not as a person but because he has been scoring against us whenever we play against Barca

2.Didier Drogba...This guy too used to score against Arsenal.He did it even in a friendly when Arsenal played against the US team(Forgot the name) he was playing for

3.Wayne Rooney.This man too.Loved to score against Arsenal in almost every encounter.He once said in an interview "Arsenal are afraid of me, whenever they see me in line up they feel butterflies in their stomach". I hate him too not as a person though

it's a known fact that Didier Drogba knows and loves Arsenal very much... He loved them so much that each time he played against them, he scores, to the fact that Arsenal fans hated facing Chelsea just because of Drogba, they simply know that the possibility of Drogba scoring is almost 90%... Drogba is so good that he played 16 times or so against Arsenal and he scored 14 goals against them... Chelsea legend, I miss him so much.... Hope Chelsea can get another striker like him, who is strong, quick, aggressive, goal poacher, team player, Drogba was a complete center forward....

Bayern has been knocked out of the CL twice in a row by Real, so I think our Champions league nemesis is Cristiano or rather the whole of Real Madrid. 

In the Bundesliga, we are often unstoppable, but this season two players namely Reus and Paco are giving us a tough competition. Honourably mentioned - Sancho, Plea.
