AF CHANNEL: What makes a great football coach?

Hello, everyone! This is AF Channel. Here we offer you something to discuss, debate or games to play!

Mourinho, the once 'SPECIAL ONE' who won so many titles with Porto, Chelsea, Inter and Real Madrid was sacked by Man Utd today, leaving many fans with sighs. As we all know, one must have many great qualities to be a great coach. So, what makes a great football coach actually?

@DemonKing_LUCIFER: I think the football term I can use is Fake or Feint....

Most people feint who they really are and try to be someone else in front of others because they don't want society to think of them in a negative way...

And those you try to be True/Real "sits on Bench" or get a "Red Card" from society...

Weird but funny how we humans are...

@iampapi: I would describe my year as a slide tackle. There are loads of things I wanted to accomplish but that has not been the case. 

However, the sliding tackle is not career ending and i am not losing hope. Better days are coming. Better days are ahead!! 

@Jerinho: I'll use the word PAIN to describe my year. I've faced a lot of things that has left me aching. I started the year with purpose, with the enthusiasm of doing great things, but looking back, I can't find anything truly great I've done. And it Pains me. It's just like another wasted year. And in life we have limited time no matter how much time is left. I've been dissed many times, people looking down on me, I've been rejected on one way or the other. My football aspirations has been halted. So all these things and a few more have left me aching. It PAINS. But the positive is that, those things that's happened have made me stronger than I was, and more braver!! I'm working harder for a better tomorrow??
