The race for one of Europe's minnows to reach Euro 2020 is hotting up in League D in UEFA's Nations League.

The format sees the winner of the four groups in the league go into a semi-final knock-out and the winner from there books a place at the tournament.
As it stands, Georgia, Luxembourg, Kosovo and Macedonia lead groups A-to-D with two games to play.

Group 1 is the only group where things are settled. Georgia are runaway leaders with an unassailable total of 12 points, seven clear of second-place Kazakhstan on five.
Latvia and Andorra and third and fourth respectively, both on two points.
Luxembourg lead Group 2 by a point over Belarus with three wins from their four games.
Third-place Moldova are not out of the picture with five points while San Marino are, unsurprisingly, winless from their four encounters.
Luxembourg play Belarus and Moldova in November, while second-place Belarus still have another game against San Marino to come.
Kosovo hold a two-point lead over Azerbaijan at the summit of Group 3 with a tally of eight points.
The two teams will meet in their last group fixture on November 15.
Faroe Islands are third with four points and Malta are last with two.
The final group, meanwhile, is led by Macedonia, who have a three-point advantage over second-place Gibraltar.

The two meet on November 15 in their final group game. Macedonia will also play Lichtenstein - last with three points - before that, while Gibraltar meet third-place Armenia.
The semi-finals will be a one legged tie held June 5 and 6, with the final June 9.
There will be a draw for the semi-finals in Ireland in December.
