Hello again! We organize clubs of Europe's top 5 leagues into an order that reflects the up-to-the-minute hierarchy every Tuesday.

The rankings are a season-long measurement of clubs, tracking teams throughout 2018-19 and taking into account results from all competitions. Our rankings consider advanced stats, full-season play and recent performance with some gut feeling mixed in.

Sides that have lost the fewest games naturally rank higher—though the strength of opposition met in a loss is considered—and both UEFA Champions/Europa League form and presence are used as tiebreakers for those with similar records. Teams that gather big wins against strong opponents get a boost.

10. Man Utd

Manchester United returned to winning ways as Romelu Lukaku's first-half double sealed 2-0 win over Burnley

9. PSG

Kylian Mbappe scored and then got sent off as PSG defeated Ligue 1 new comers Nimes in six-goal thriller.

8. Atletico Madrid

Diego Simeone's side suffered an unexpected but deserved 2-0 defeat at Celta during which Stefan Savic saw red.

7. Bayern Munich

Leon Goretzka scored one and set up another as Bayern Munich's fine start continued with a 3-0 win over Stuttgart.

6. Chelsea

Chelsea kept in step with Liverpool as Eden Hazard and Pedro scored in a 2-0 victory at Bournemouth.

5. Juventus

Juventus kept perfect starts to season with three consecutive wins in three consecutive seasons after beating Parma 2-1.

4. Man City

Kyle Walker's rocket fired dominant Citizens back to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Newcastle.

3. Liverpool

Four games, four victories! Despite Alisson error, Liverpool preserved their 100% start to the season after edging Leicester 2-1.

2. Barcelona

Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez both scored twice to help Barcelona overcome a surprise early deficit and give Huesca a harsh reality check in an 8-2 thumping.

1. Real Madrid

No Ronaldo, No problem! Karim Benzema & Gareth Bale stood out again to seal a 4-1 win over Leganes as Thibaut Courtois finally completed his Real Madrid debut.
