What do you dislike about the football team you support?

Loving a football team is a very proud thing, but sometimes your club would disappoint you for selling your favourite players or losing an important game. It might make you start to suspect the team. So What do you dislike about the football team you support?

Klopp is a wonderful coach, he has proved that with Dortmund and Liverpool,

Pochetino: much respect to this tactician for a great job with Ali, Kane, Dier, Trippier, Rose, walker whom were nobody before he gave them a chance to develop under him.

Mourhino: a result oriented coach. He gave little or no time for youth to develop under him. he believes so much on establish players hence giving a prospective lad no space. 

Guardiola: a coach with a robust style. His own philosophy is to dominate the game. He loves to work with prospects who are already on their way to the top. That's why he buys young and extremely talented players who he believes fit in for his style of play. 

This however disqualified him for the topic of discussion because I could be a wonderful player but what if he decided to do what he did with Yaya Toure of FC Barcelona days, Eto'o of those days, Joe Hart of man city days among other to me. that will definitely affect my progression.

Conte: a good coach that always take the blame for the poor performance of the team. However, he is not really good nurturing lads. That was noticed with the likes of Giovinco among other. He prefers to work with old players. That even affected Chealse in the just-concluded campaign. Despite the their stellar performance of there youth team in the domestic league and Europe, he failed to successfully integrate any of them into the 1st team.

Arsene: a wonderful coach with a great character. Knows how to identify raw talent, refined it and turn it into finished one. the likes of George Weah, Ian Wright, Viera from nowhere and Thierry Henry. They believe he had in Adebayo who score just 3 goals with Monaco in one and half season. He gave Van Persie 8 season before he excels 9th season. If you listen to inaugural George where Speech when he was nominated as the best player in the world you will understand this better.

For me, if all these coaches came calling for my quality,I will prefer to go with the le Professor who usually help the youth to grow to believe that they need most is not necessarily the results but a platform to enjoy the beautiful game while growing to become a top notch.
