Fortnite has become a global phenomenon this year with multiple celebrities and not even the World Cup final between France and Croatia was safe.
Antoine Griezmann performed his signature 'Take the L' celebration after scoring a controversial penalty to help his nation to their second ever World Cup. The dance is a taunt used in Fortnite which the Frenchman regularly plays.
And it appears that Fortnite could be crossing into a new genre as the Telegraph's Dan Silver claims EA are thinking about implementing the dances into FIFA 19.
Silver spoke with FIFA 19 producer Matt Prior at E3 who said they would put the dances into the game if enough players around the world used them in their celebrations.
After performing it in the final, Griezmann's dance will now be permanently etched into the history books and the size of the occasion surely means EA will have include the dance.
And if that wasn't convincing enough, Jesse Lingard has also used a Fortnite dance during this World Cup. He performed the 'Hype Dance' (inspired by BlocBoy JB's music video for Shoot) after scoring a screamer against Panama.
While Dele Alli resisted the urge to perform Fortnite's 'Floss Dance' after scoring against Sweden, he's been an open supporter of the game - regularly streaming the game on Twitch.
His Spurs and England teammate Harry Kane has appeared regularly on those streams and racked up over 100 games of Fortnite while in Russia.
This wouldn't be the first time EA have included a trendy celebration into their FIFA games. Dabbing, Gangnam Style and even Peter Crouch's robot dance are all celebrations you can perform in the game.
