Dele Alli's girlfriend Ruby Mae shares Instagram snap of the pair together

Dele Alli's girlfriend Ruby Mae has shared a picture of the couple enjoying some time together in England's World Cup camp after the Three Lions made it through to the quarter-finals.

The model has jetted out to Russia to watch England's progress in the knockout stages and was seen sharing a pitchside kiss with the Tottenham star after England's nerve-wracking penalty shoot-out win over Colombia on Tuesday night.

And after the squad were afforded some down time on Wednesday ahead of the quarter-final with Sweden this weekend, Mae spent time with her boyfriend at England's Repino base.

She captioned the Instagram snap 'so proud' in a reflection of the national mood after England finally ended their penalty hoodoo to continue their World Cup progress.

Mae, 23, who has been with the Tottenham star for around two years, wore an England shirt with Alli's number 20 on it in the stands at the Spartak Arena.

Alli played 81 minutes of the last-16 match before being replaced by his club colleague Eric Dier.

Dier went on to score the decisive penalty as England won the shootout 4-3 after the match ended 1-1 after extra time.

Mae was joined at the match by Jamie Vardy's wife Becky and Jack Butland's wife-to-be Annabel Peyton.

She missed the group stages of the tournament but has now made it for the knockout stages as England bid to reach their first World Cup final since 1966.
