After rounding off their seventh consecutive league title with a 2-1 win at home to Verona, Juventus took to the streets of Turin to celebrate another successful season.

Juventus' players rode an open-top bus as they paraded around the city in front of thousands of adorning fans, a procession they are becoming quite familiar with.

They sealed the Serie A title last weekend with a 0-0 draw against Roma and just days earlier they claimed the Italian Cup with a 4-0 thrashing of AC Milan.

This double will be particularly emotional though, as it marks the end of Gianluigi Buffon's illustrous career after he played his last game for the club.

He took time to greet fans and shake hands and Massimiliano Allegri substituted the legend before full-time in order to give him a deserved standing ovation.

Fans lined the streets to get a glimpse of their heroes and the party truly got underway when flares were let off as the sunset on Turin.

The bus was covered in Juventus' colours of black and white and had their league and cup trophies printed on the front.

A number of players were leaning over the side of the bus and cheering with the fans, while a couple, including former Arsenal player Wojciech Szczesny were brave enough to sit with their leg dangling over the front of the bus.

Fans chanted and lined the streets with flags and signs, a number of which were thanking Buffon for what he has given to the club.

Max Allegri could also be seen celebrating another successful year and it's hard to imagine why he would want to leave, amid Arsenal's interest.
