Cesc Fabregas' fiancee Daniella Semaan wishes the midfielder a heartfelt happy birthday

While social media may be littered with the Stars Wars greeting from fans of the film franchise, Fabregas' fiancee took the time to offer her partner a heartfelt 'happy birthday' message on Instagram.

Daniella Semaan, a Lebanese-born mother of five, took to the picture and video-sharing app on Friday as she posted several sentimental pictures with the Chelsea midfielder before describing life with him as a 'complete paradise'.

The glamorous 42-year-old said: 'To one million more with you. Happy birthday to you Amor @cescf4bregas.

'Life by your side is a complete paradise. Wishing you the world and the moon and the stars and everything your heart desires.

'We are all so blessed to have you in our lives and all I know is that God loves me so much. See you in a bit love.'

It wasn't just Semaan who wished the 31-year-old a happy birthday.

The Blues took to Twitter to wish their midfielder all the best with pictures of Fabregas lifting the Premier League title at Stamford Bridge.
