Yesterday we asked: If you are authorised to write a book about a football star, what will you write about?

Here are some selected comments:

@biswa07:

If I can write a book on a Legend then write severals books upon Cruyff, Messi, Ronaldo, Maradona, Pele Lev Yashin, Puyol is normal. But I'm an Indian so I'll write my book on Sunil Chetri and Indian football culture. He is one of the best underrated striker in the world. I know many of you will say my opinions are rubbish but I know what I know.

Book name: A story upon Chhetri

Based on Sunil Chhetri's life.

writter: Biswarup Das

Motive: To show every Indians what actually football is.

If I am authorized to write a book I would probably write about an African great who mesmerized opposing players with flicks, tricks, amazing step overs and great freekick goals. he was a midfield general who stuck fear in the hearts of Nigeria's opponent, everyone loved to watch him play. He was so good he was named twice "Jay Jay" he was so creative and entertaining that he could make a match come alive with a flip out of nowhere and as a young boy who loved football he was my hero as he made the Nations Cup come alive for me as I still fondly remember the freekick he scored against cameroun at the AFCON 2004 quarter final stage of the competition. He has been described all over the world as a magician, would Africa ever get to see a player like AUSTINE 'JAY JAY' OKOCHA again?

If one legend, I’d say Mohamed Salah, his career started badly, started in Al Mokawloon club, he had to get money from his friends to use ways of transportation to go to the training, years later, he went to Basel,made friends, and some of his problems were solved, military in Egypt prevented him for some time to play football,then, he went to Chelsea, people said “he is a failure,he can’t kick a ball”, then loaned to fiorentina and then Roma, Chelsea sold him to Roma, then he started to be a bit of a shining star, then liverpool put their eye on him and bought him for a club record, now he is the shining star of the premier league,shining star of Liverpool, and shining star of champions league,and also, in the race for the golden boot, what heart touching story about a legend.
