20 years on: Trapattoni's rant

It was 20 years ago to the day that Giovanni Trapattoni held one of the most famous Press conferences in football history.

Whether you speak German or not – and Trap barely did – the Coach raging against spoilt Bayern Munich players will still give you goosebumps and giggles.

Hard to believe that it was on March 10 1998 that the Italian tactician stormed in and back out of the Bayern press room, leaving local reporters stunned and confused.
