Reporter: Juventus hold 15% sell-on clause for Huijsen, set to earn around €9M

May 17 — With Bournemouth center-back Huijsen reportedly on the verge of transferring to Real Madrid, TuttoJuve journalist Mirko Di Natale reports that Juventus hold a 15% sell-on clause in the Spanish defender’s deal.

Juventus sold the now 20-year-old Huijsen to Bournemouth last summer for €15.2 million. According to Di Natale, the sell-on clause included in the deal was 15%, not 10% as previously reported by some media outlets.

Now that Real Madrid are expected to trigger Huijsen’s release clause—reportedly worth £50 million (approximately €60 million)—Juventus stand to earn around €9 million from the transaction.
