CONNIE GRACE has delighted fans with her latest Instagram post.

The 23-year-old went official with Chelsea star boyfriend Cole Palmer last November.

Connie has since gathered a huge Instagram fanbase, with over 35,000 followers on the platform.

In her latest post, Connie posed in a red top and silver skirt.

She captioned the image "23" with a red heart emoji.

The post quickly received more than 2,000 likes.

While plenty of fans rushed to leave a comment.

Connie runs a nail salon in Manchester.
