West Ham's Michail Antonio and Javier Hernandez learn how to play CS:GO

West Ham stars Michail Antonio and Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez changed roles as they competed against each other in first-person shooter, CS:GO. The game is one of the leading esports titles and, like the Premier League, is watched by millions of fans around the world.

Fortunately for the footballers, they had the pro players of Ninjas in Pyjamas to coach them as part of the Betway Insider Esports Challenge. NiP are legends in CS:GO, winning prestigious tournament IEM Oakland two years running and earned almost £2million in prize money.

Neither Chicharito or Antonio had ever played a game on a PC before but we have seen the latter compete in UFC 3. He didn't have much in that game and CS:GO was no different.

BBC presenter and CS:GO tournament host OJ Borg oversaw the action as the footballers sat at their respective PCs.

Mexico striker Hernandez was a natural, repeatedly picking off Antonio with calculated headshots - much to the disbelief of his coaches Patrik 'f0rest' Lindberg and Fredrik 'REZ' Sterner.

Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund and Richard 'Xizt' Landstrom were left dumbfounded and could only help Antonio to win one measly round. They tried to help Antonio by having him stand still while shooting to improve his aim but Hernandez was too quick.

The final score was a massive 11-1 win for Chicharito, a bigger advantage than West Ham's biggest ever league victory of 8-0 (vs Sunderland 1968).

GeT_RiGhT joked that he would copy the Premier League and sack Xizt as the coach after the embarrassing loss. Ironically, since the video was filmed Xizt has left the team as Dennis Edman joined.

Xizt announced that he had to step down from the team but said that he definitely wants to continue playing professionally.

If Dennis doesn't produce results, NiP might try to see if Hernandez fancies a career change. Either the striker was lying and has played before or he's just a natural.

And there could be more career-changes in the pipeline as on February 26 we'll see the tables turned as GeT_RiGhT and f0rest compete in a football challenge.
