Who are the finalists for the men’s and women’s 2024 FIFPro World 11s? Full list

FIFPro has revealed the players that are among the finalists for a place in this year’s global ideal line-ups.

FIFPro, the global union that represents more than 65,000 professional soccer players, has announced the finalists for its Men’s World 11 and Women’s World 11 for 2024.

An accolade that began in 2005, the all-star line-ups are voted for exclusively by pro soccer stars. According to FIFPro, a record 28,000 footballers have this year cast their ballot for the men’s and women’s teams.

When are the 2024 FIFPro World 11s announced?

FIFPro says it is to reveal the two World 11s on its digital platforms on Monday December 9, beginning at 2 p.m. CET (8 a.m. PT/5 a.m. PT).

According to the body, the players chosen for each line-up will be: the goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards with the most votes, plus the remaining outfield player to have accrued the most nods.

The eligibility for the Men’s World 11 was August 21 2023 to July 14 2024, while the Women’s World 11 was voted for based on performances between August 21 2023 and August 10 2024.
