England secured their spot in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar after defeating Senegal in the Round of 16 on Sunday evening.
The Three Lions secured a 3-0 victory over the reigning Africa Cup of Nations champions, thanks to goals from Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane - who grabbed his first goal of the tournament - and Arsenal ace Bukayo Saka.
Gareth Southgate's side finished as Group B winners after recording two victories from their three matches - having defeated Iran and Wales, while drawing with USA.
Manchester United duo Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw started against Senegal on Sunday, while Marcus Rashford came off the bench for the Three Lions. Rashford was somewhat unlucky not to start the match after scoring twice in the win over Wales.
Meanwhile, Manchester City trio Kyle Walker, John Stones and Phil Foden were all named in the starting line-up, with Jack Grealish and midfielder Kalvin Phillips brought on in the second period.
Here is everything you need to know about England's World Cup quarter-final tie:
Southgate's men will face off against France in the quarter-finals after Didier Deschamps' side secured a comfortable 3-1 victory over Poland in the Round of 16 on Sunday.
The match between England and France will be the 32nd time the two sides have met, and the third in World Cup competition.
The quarter-final tie will take place on Saturday, December 10 at 7pm (UK time).
Paris Saint-Germain talisman Kylian Mbappe scored twice against Poland to take his 2022 World Cup tally to five goals, with the 23-year-old currently the tournament's top goalscorer.
