Mexico and Poland are in a World Cup group with joint-favourites Argentina - so their clash on the third day of the tournament could go some way to determining who joins them in the knockout phase.
The two sides will be seeking to get their respective campaigns off to the best possible start when they clash on Tuesday in their second meeting at a World Cup.
Argentina are clear favourites to progress and both Mexico and Poland will be hoping to follow them into the next round from Group C, which also includes outsiders Saudi Arabia.
Poland boast one of the highest-profile players at the tournament in Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski, who will aim to guide his country into the knockout stages for the first time since 1986.
Mexico, ranked 13th in the world and 13 places above Poland, qualified for Qatar by finishing as runners-up in the eight-team CONCACAF standings, while their opponents on Tuesday came through a tough play-off with Sweden to book their ticket.

The Group C encounter is due to take place on Tuesday, November 22 at 4pm GMT, which is 7pm in Doha.
For those in US, kick-off will be 11am Eastern and 8am Pacific. In Australia, the match starts at 3am Eastern.
It will be the third of four games scheduled on Tuesday, with Argentina and Saudi Arabia in action kicking off an action-packed day.

Stadium 974 in Doha is set to be the location for the intriguing Group B encounter.
The venue is the first temporary stadium to be used for a World Cup and is due to be dismantled at the end of the tournament.
It takes its name from the 974 recycled shipping containers that it is made from.

Mexico have a real World Cup stalwart in their ranks in Guillermo Ochoa. The goalkeeper has become synonymous with the tournament through his superb displays at the competition and is due to make his fourth World Cup appearance in Qatar.
There is no place in the side for former Manchester United star Javier Hernandez but Wolves striker Raúl Jiménez is in the 26.
