Olympiakos vs Juventus: Hosts to frustrate Juve in tight Champions League clash

Having struggled to turn draws into wins recently, Al Hain-Cole thinks the Bianconeri could be in for another frustrating evening against Limoni's men

Juventus will be aiming to seal their place in the knockout stages when they travel to the Stadio Giorgios Karaiskaki to take on Olympiakos in Tuesday’s Champions League clash.

One point clear of Sporting Clube in second place in Group D, the Bianconeri are available at 6/25 (1.24) with SportPesa to guarantee qualification to the last 16 by coming out on top here.

Already consigned to bottom spot after taking just a single point from the opening five group games, Takis Limonis’ team is priced at 12/1 (13.00) to at least finish on a high by pulling off a shock win in this one.

The hosts held first-placed Barcelona to a goalless draw in their last home game in this competition, and you can get odds of 21/4 (6.25) on them earning a share of the spoils once again.

While it was always going to be difficult to claim top spot ahead of Barcelona, Massimiliano Allegri will be frustrated that his side have not managed to at least clinch their place in the top two prior to the final fixture.

After leaving it late to earn a point away in Portugal, the Italian champions could only play out another stalemate at home to Barcelona in a match where victory would have taken them level on points at the top.

This failure to turn draws into three points could provide some cause for concern when they travel to a ground where they lost 1-0 on their last visit back in 2014, and where Thrylos frustrated the mighty Barcelona last time out.

All in all, odds of 20/21 (1.95) could prove generous on Juventus being restricted to under 2.5 goals in a tense must-win clash against Olympiakos – a bet that would have paid out in three of their last four Champions League games.
