According to reports in Italy, Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is ‘not convinced’ by Weston McKennie, so the American midfielder could leave with Everton, Tottenham and Aston Villa interested.
Il Corriere dello Sport journalist Nicola Balice reports McKennie is not in Allegri’s plans, so the Bianconeri can sell the midfielder during the last week of the summer transfer window.
Aston Villa are reportedly the most interested club in signing the 22-year-old who joined Juventus one year ago from Schalke 04.
Tottenham are also in the race and so are Everton, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Luca Bianchin.
Juventus want at least €30m to sell the American midfielder who moved to Turin one year ago on an initial loan deal.
The Old Lady made his move permanent in March for €18.5m.
McKennie scored five goals and delivered two assists in 34 Serie A appearances last term, adding one goal in seven Champions League games.
Juventus have signed Manuel Locatelli on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy from Sassuolo and could welcome one more midfielder if McKennie leaves.
