Barcelona announce the squad for Germany trip

Ronald Koeman and his players are off to Germany for the next phase of the preseason, including a friendly with VfB Stuttgart as well as a trip across the Austrian border to play Red Bull Salzburg.

This Wednesday brought the returns to duty of Sergio Busquets, Martin Braithwaite and Jordi Alba, back from their breaks after reaching the semi-finals of Euro 2020 with Spain and Denmark, and they’ll be heading off to Germany with the following squad od 25:

Dest, Piqué, R. Araujo, Sergio, Griezmann, Pjanic, Braithwaite, Riqui Puig, Neto, Lenglet, Jordi Alba, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, Umtiti, Memphis, Iñaki Peña, Arnau Tenas, Collado, Demir, Gavi, Nico, Comas, Balde, R. Manaj and Mortimer.

Flight to Germany

The team was out on the Tito Vilanova field from 9.30am on Wednesday for their final workout at the Ciutat Esportiva before flying out to Germany at midday. The team are expected to arrive at their hotel late in afternoon.
