Did Marcelo breach COVID-19 rules to go to Valencia?

Marcelo took advantage of his time off to travel to Valencia with his family, though his actions appear to breach Spain's coronavirus restrictions.

The Brazilian defender uploaded a photograph of himself and his family to social media, showing them sitting at the beach in Valencia.

If this picture was taken this weekend, Marcelo would've been breaking COVID-19 rules in Spain, which state that people should not move between specific regions. Taking a trip from Madrid to Valencia for leisure is not allowed, for example.

During the Christmas holidays, Marcelo also appeared in a photo with his family in a hotel in Sierra Nevada, despite the COVID-19 restrictions on mobility at the time.
