Manchester United sign 273 million euro shirt sponsorship deal

Manchester United have signed a record-breaking shirt sponsorship deal with technology company TeamViewer.

The software firm will replace Chevrolet as United's main shirt partner from the beginning of the 2021/22 season.

The deal is worth 273 million euros over five years and is the most lucrative shirt sponsorship deal in Premier League history.

Worldwide, it equals Barcelona's deal with Rakuten, signed before the pandemic.

TeamViewer become the sixth major shirt sponsor in Manchester United history after Sharp, Vodafone, AIG, Aon and Chevrolet.

The Red Devils, meanwhile, are still looking for a sponsor for their training gear.
