Kokorin confirms he's close to Fiorentina

Spartak Moscow forward Aleksandr Kokorin announced he’s ‘basically a new Fiorentina player'.

Calciomercato.com reports agreement over a two-year contract worth €1.8m with an option for a third year.

The report reveals the Viola will pay €5m for the former Zenit St Petersburg forward.

Stefano Conforti posted a video on Twitter where Kokorin said: “I’m basically a new Fiorentina player.

“I just need to have medicals.”
