Ivo Grbic undergoes Atletico Madrid medical

Ivo Grbic is set to sign for Atletico Madrid after arriving in the Spanish capital and undergoing a medical.

The 24-year-old shot-stopper will take Antonio Adan's spot in the squad after the latter's departure.

Grbic underwent COVID-19 tests and a medical on Wednesday and will be presented as a Rojiblanco imminently.

Meanwhile, academy goalkeeper Alex Dos Santos will move in the opposite direction to NK Lokomotiva.

NK Lokomotiva will play in the Europa League qualifiers after finishing second last year in the Croatian First Football League.

Grbic has been called up by his national team for the next international break and aims to become their starting goalkeeper in the coming years.
