Carvajal has posted 12 photos on Instagram to celebrate his girlfriend, Daphne Canizares' birthday.

Daphne is the twin sister and of the current wife of Carvajal's former teammate Joselu, who's currently playing for Alavez. The relationship between Daphne and Carvajal was revealed around April 2019, when several Real Madrid players were enjoying a few days of rest in Marrakech.
