Coronavirus deaths in Italy have surpassed 30,000, but active cases have dropped by more than 1,500 since yesterday.
Italy is still adjusting to Phase Two of its pandemic response, but the curve has remained stable since some restrictions were lifted.
Friday saw 243 new deaths, but hospital numbers and self-isolations continue to fall.
There have also been 1,663 less active cases, with 2,747 recovering from the virus.
As of Friday, there have been 217,185 positive tests of COVID-19 (+1,327), with 87,961 of them currently active (-1,663).
A total of 99,023 people have recovered (+2,747) and 30,201 have died.
Out of the 99,023 active cases, 72,157 are in self-isolation (-982), 15,174 are in hospital with symptoms (-538) and 1,168 are in intensive care (-143).
There have now been 2,445,063 tests, an increase of 63,775 since yesterday.
