Jesse Lingard is making sure to stay fit despite the lockdown due to coronavirus, as he was spotted out for a run with his friend and former team-mate Ravel Morrison.
The pair appeared to maintain proper social distancing on their run, after Spurs stars Moussa Sissoko and Serge Aurier were criticised for their joint training session last week.
Lingard and Morrison were together in Manchester United's youth squad in their early careers, but Morrison struggled to break into the first team, instead moving to West Ham in 2012.
He has since been played for a string of clubs without finding a regular start, and is now on loan at Middlesbrough from Sheffield United.
Morrison earned his first call-up to the Jamaica squad earlier this year, but never got to play due to the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Lingard has been involved in 35 games in all competitions for Manchester United this season, but has only found the net on two occasions, leading to him slipping down Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's pecking order.
Arsenal were reported to be interested in making a move for him, however Lingard wants to stay and fight for his spot at Old Trafford.
Premier League clubs have been asking their stars to stay fit by doing workouts at home by completing YouTube workouts and using indoor gyms.
Many stars have been posting their progress, however teams hope to be back to some form of normal training over the coming weeks.
Arsenal have plans to return to training on Monday, although stars will still be keeping to social distancing guidelines during sessions.
They will also be asked to travel to and from the training ground alone, and eat on their own as well.
