Working from home can face its challenges, as Cristiano Ronaldo faced as he was trying to work-out at home.
With football currently on suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Portuguese superstar has been keeping his 212 million followers on Instagram up to date with his activities.
The 35-year-old has been sharing his training routines from his home in Madeira, and his most recent video shows him trying to do sit ups only to face two small distractions.
As he is trying to do his exercise, two of his children are pushing down on his head and decide to start climbing on him making it impossible for him to sit-up.
The Portuguese international takes matters into his own hands though and decides to multitask, resuming his fitness routine while also lifting up his children just to add to the difficulty.
This amuses his children who take turns to be hoisted up in the air by Ronaldo who looked happy that he could finish his work-out.
Along with the post, the attacked posted a caption saying 'Kids, let the Dad do his work #stayhome #stayactive.'
During the enforced break from football, Ronaldo has also invited fans to attempt the 'core crusher challenge' after he shared a clip of his incredible 142 reps in just 45 seconds.
He also uploaded a video of himself and his girlfriend working out at home last week as he unwinds in Madeira.
Pictures also showed him working on his football skills at the Madeira national stadium, home of club CD Nacional, in Funchal on the Portuguese island.
The images sparked controversy and resulted in government officials being quizzed on why Ronaldo was training at the stadium.
In a press conference, Madeira's head of health Pedro Ramos said that Ronaldo's exercise did not break any lockdown rules.
