This period of coronavirus confinement has seen a number of different challenges launched on social media and Sergio Ramos is behind the latest one.
The Real Madrid captain has challenged his followers to perform a particular kind of handstand, starting with the elbows against the knees.
"We're all strong, but who dares do this?" Ramos asked as he shared the video.
