Lautaro Martinez's girlfriend gave Chelsea fans a glimpse of what is to come as she shared an incredible work out video.

Fitness fanatic Agustina Gandolfo worked up a sweat as she showed her fans how to exercise while in self-isolation.

Agustina has been keeping herself busy while in isolation during the coronavirus outbreak.

The model, who was born in 1996, shared a clip of one of her workouts that she did while on a rooftop in Milan.

In the clips, the stunning blonde can be seen doing squats, star jumps, burpies and tricep dips alongside Martinez and their pet pug.

Alongside the clip, she wrote: "Hello, as promised, I leave you a routine to do at home. Super easy and without equipment, for men and women!"

Agustina loves to bombard her 575,000 Instagram followers with clip of her workouts and sexy selfies.

Martinez was introduced to the model by Mauro Icardi's wife and agent Wanda Nara.
