Ex-Barca star Bartra reveals he train for an hour and a half, or two, every day

Marc Bartra has been making the most of his time in quarantine.

The Real Betis defender is continuing to work hard from home and sticking to a strict timetable.

"I usually get up at half past eight or nine," he told LaLiga Santander's official media channels.

"I make my breakfast with my family and go to my gym.

"I train for an hour and a half or two hours, it depends on the day.

"Then we eat together and do things in the afternoon - we set ourselves goals for every three days.

"One day we make cakes, another paint faces, as well as the girls' homework."
