Valencia's Garay combining Coronavirus isolation with knee injury recovery

Valencia have provided Ezequiel Garay with all the tools he needs to recover from his injury while in self-isolation.

The Argentine centre-back, who tested positive for Coronavirus, underwent knee surgery in early February.

"Do you know what isolation triggered? Motivation," he said in a video posted on Instagram.

"Every day I was going to my club to treat me, [as] the medical team did everything possible for my speedy recovery.

"And now they are not leaving me alone either and with their instructions I am making my own recovery.

"I have to say that I am very proud of myself, I am noticing great improvement and I am not planning to stop even for a day."
