All Football takes a look at the biggest transfer news and rumours from all across Europe.

PSG value Neymar at €150m

Neymar is a step closer to re-joining Barcelona as Paris Saint-Germain expect him to leave this summer and have even given him a price tag of 150 million euros.

The news comes from journalist Julien Laurens of ESPN, with the 150 million euros being a little lower than Barcelona and Neymar's lawyers had expected had they gone to FIFA last summer given that he was at the club for three years without renewing his contract.

Real Madrid targeting Mane

Real Madrid have made Liverpool ace Sadio Mane their top transfer target this summer.

Los Blancos are confident he can be tempted by a move to Madrid for a new challenge and they plan to make a move to land him when the transfer window opens. But there is a belief in Madrid that a fee in the region of £130million to £140m would give them plenty to consider.

Ronaldo at Juve until he's 39?

Tuttosport outline Juventus' plan is to prolong Ronaldo's stay for two more years. That would mean Ronaldo's contract expires at Juve when he is 39.

While they try to renew their Portuguese star, they will also try to find another goalscorer who is a lot younger. Timo Werner has been mentioned along with Harry Kane, Gabriel Jesus and Mauro Icardi. The plan is not to replace Ronaldo but to find a number '9' who could play alongside him and complement his skills while improving their attack.

Ighalo to make his Utd transfer permanently

Ighalo is reportedly prepared to accept a staggering £120,000-a-week pay cut in order to turn his loan deal at Manchester United into a permanent transfer.

He is willing to halve the £240,000-a-week wages he was on in China in order to complete a transfer move to his boyhood club.

82.7% fans want Man Utd to sign Ighalo on a permanent deal, according to MEN's vote.

And Manchester United is told £15million is the price for them to keep the Nigerian striker.

His market value is placed at £5.85m, but Shanghai bosses plan to sting United for THREE times that amount. There is an option for United to buy Ighalo, but it is understood no fee was set in stone when the loan was negotiated. Solskjaer and Woodward wanted to see if he was capable of Premier League performances after his stint in China.

Teams haunting Zakaria

According to Sky Germany, Monchengladbach's highly-rated midfielder Denis Zakaria is reportedly a high priority in the transfer books of Manchester United.

United, however, face stiff competition from Bayern Munich, who are also interested in bringing the 23-year-old Swiss International to the Allianz Arena.

Jones can leave Utd for £12m?

Newcastle plan to throw Manchester United defender Phil Jones a summer Premier League lifeline.

Jones has become a bit-part player at Old Trafford this season and United are now prepared to listen to offers for the 28-year-old defender who can leave for £12million at the end of the season.
