Even as they get older, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi remain the biggest brands in the world of football.
On Transfermarkt, this shows in the numbers of the most visited player profiles. The stars from Juventus and FC Barcelona are by far the most clicked players in the TM database.
The top duo of Ronaldo and Messi meanwhile ranks significantly higher than the third most visited player Kylian Mbappé (Paris Saint-Germain), who is only slightly ahead of Falcao (Galatasaray) and Neymar (PSG) himself. All three of them are clearly – by several million clicks – behind Ronaldo and Messi. The only current Premier League player in the ranking is Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) who sits in the ninth spot, just behind Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski.
