Average player value & age in PL: Arsenal the youngest, City have highest value

Fans on twitter made a chart showing the average player value vs the average player age for each team in the Premier League. Data from Transfermarket.
Through the chart we can see, the average player age of Arsenal ist the youngest, but Manchester City have the highest average player value.
In addition, Manchester United and Chelsea's average player age and value are similar, 26 years old and about 30 million Euro. Tottenham's average player age is same as them but value has reached 40 million Euro.
In Big Six Liverpool's average player age ist the oldest, the value is second only to Man City.
