Tottenham are 'looking to sign Fulham's bright prospect Steven Sessegnon' - just a month after signing his twin brother.

The Premier League side reportedly saw an offer in region of £3million in the summer rebuffed by Fulham, having failed to come even remotely close to their valuation of the player.

The Sun claim that Fulham chiefs are bracing themselves for another bid from Spurs for their young talent, who has started their last four Championship games.

Tottenham signed his brother Ryan from Fulham in the summer for a £25m fee and will continue to monitor Steven throughout the season.

Sessegnon, who is signed up to a contract until 2022, has impressed in recent weeks, mainly playing at right-back but he can also operate from centre half and in midfield.

The 19-year-old's early-season form was rewarded with a call-up to the England Under-21 squad, who face Turkey and Kosovo between now and next Monday.

Fulham will hope Sessegnon can continue to play a significant role in their bid to win promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking.

Scott Parker's men have made a reasonable start and currently occupy the final play-off place, having picked up 10 points from their opening six games.
