Liverpool vs Arsenal

This match will have attracted the most public attention this weekend. Both teams have started well, courtesy of two wins in their opening two games, and will be looking to make a statement on Saturday evening.

Nobody should forget their last meeting as Liverpool thrash Arsenal 5-1 at Anfield. But Gunners could have more confidence this time because Pepe, Ceballos and Luiz arrived and they are boosted both in attack and defence.

Barcelona are looking to recover from last weekend's shock defeat to Athletic Bilbao as they also lose Suarez due to injury.

As was often the case last season, Barca struggled to find a solution without Messi on hand to bail them out, but the Argentine will be back fit reportedly and firing as the champions play in front of their home fans this weekend.

The newly-promoted side have given fans many surprises after they defeat Newcastle especially their attacker Pukki, who has scored four goals this season in Premier League.

Chelsea have picked up just one point from their opening two games, losing 4-0 at Man Utd before drawing 1-1 at home with Leicester to dampen some of the enthusiasm surrounding Lampard's return to the club.

He has to find some tactical answers to seek his first Premier League win of the season this weekend away to Norwich City.

Real Madrid are looking to make it two wins from their opening two La Liga games as Los Blancos waltzed away from Celta as deserved 3-1 victors in their first fixture of the new season.

With Hazard not expected back from injury until next week, Bale is likely to keep his spot in attack. Zidane will need a midfield rethink after Modric's red card in the last match, which could open up a chance for Isco or James.

The Bournemouth back four must be waking up in cold sweats this week at the thought of facing Sterling again. He's started the season on fire with a hat-rick against West Ham and a goal against Spurs.

Tottenham fans will be happy to know that this Sunday should mark the return of their quicksilver Korean attacker Heung Min Son.

Son – who scored 20 goals in all competitions last season – also has history against Newcastle, as he scored a late winner for Tottenham in their meeting.
